How do I set it up |
You provide us with some general details about your company and we in turn will provide you with a telephone number that you can divert your number to, so that it appears we are an extension to your office |
How does the call team answers the calls when I am out |
You divert your calls with via your service provider to the number provided and then we answer the calls. We can then send the message via email and SMS |
How do you know who the incoming call is for? |
Your unique number that is assigned to you appears on our system and we know that is your clients that are calling that number, so we are able t answer on your behalf. |
Can I advertise my number? |
You could, but it works as a link to our call team, as you will not be able to answer it. |
Will you know enough about my business to answer my callers questions? |
The form we ask you to complete will offer you the opportunity to give us the information we require to answer your clients as you would wish and in a professional manner |
How do I know what calls have been answered? |
We send you an email and/or SMS for every call answered. When we send the invoice we will give you a complete list of every call answered |
If I don’t used my five calls do they get rolled over to the following month? |
No, unfortunately not. |
I am going to be running a marketing campaign and expecting lots of calls, can you help? |

Can you cover my calls whilst I am on holiday? |
Just let us know when you are going on holiday. We do not need a notice period for this to cover this period for you. |
Can you set up appointments to be booked? |
Yes we can. We can set up an on-line calendar for you that can be linked to your Outlook Calendar |
What about client confidentiality |
We have a strict confidentiality agreement which protects your relationship with your clients and does not permit us to use information provided by your clients for our own benefit |
How much notice do I have to give? |
